For over 20 years, Scott has been advising chief executives and board-level management on the strategic, operating and organizational changes needed to deliver superior shareholder returns.
Scott is a recognized authority on improving corporate performance in both the customer and capital markets and has extensive experience in consumer products, food and beverage, financial services, retailing, broad-based industrials, chemicals, aerospace and defense. Scott co-founded Galt & Company. Prior to consulting, Scott was a founding member of a publicly traded US oil and gas company and worked as an exploration geophysicist.
Scott is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, earned a geophysical engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and is a Cecil H. Green Award recipient.
Lee has more than two decades worth of experience helping top management of leading global corporations make the strategic and operational changes that deliver superior shareholder returns.
Lee’s industry experience includes consumer products, food and beverage, packaging, paper and forest products, financial services, telecommunications and pharmaceuticals. Lee co-founded Galt & Company. Prior to consulting, Lee was an economic analyst in Washington, D.C. and worked as an engineer and manager at General Dynamics.
Lee has a Master’s in Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Management and an aerospace engineering degree from the University of Kansas.
Joe has over 20 years experience helping companies build the strategies and organizational capabilities to sustain winning shareholder returns. Joe has depth of experience in financial services, basic and engineered materials, industrial products, aerospace and consumer products. Joe co-founded Galt & Company. Prior to consulting, Joe held engineering and management positions at Corning and GE.
Joe has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an industrial engineering degree from Lehigh.
Michael has 14 years of consulting experience providing advice to management on high-value strategic, organizational and operational issues.
Michael has led domestic and international consulting engagements for clients in consumer products, wine and spirits, medical diagnostics and heavy industrials.
Michael has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an economics degree from Yale.
John has nearly 10 years of strategic consulting and advisory experience, working alongside top executives from the companies Galt advises. He has extensive experience and insight in the consumer products, healthcare and financial services industries.
John graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Economics.
Ted has 15 years of experience in advising senior executives on high-value strategic, organizational and operational decisions.
Ted has a depth of industry experience including food and beverage, financial services, packaging, paper and forest products and basic manufacturing. In addition to consulting, Ted previously held a management position with a development stage biotechnology company.
Ted has a Master's in Public and Private Management from the Yale School of Management and a chemical engineering degree from Princeton University.
Matt has advised Fortune 500 clients in healthcare, consumer products and industrials. He has extensive international experience and has led client engagements in Asia, Latin America and Australia.
Matt graduated with the highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's College of Business, where he earned a B.S. in Accountancy and a B.S. in Finance.
Julian has 13 years of experience partnering with clients to identify and capture the highest value strategic, organizational, and operational opportunities to drive growth in shareholder value.
Julian’s client engagements have spanned the retail, FMCG, industrial equipment, and financial services industries and have taken him to multiple countries across Latin America, Europe, and Africa.
Julian holds an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern and undergraduate degrees from both the Wharton School and the School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ann Marie advised companies on Strategic, Organizational and Operational initiatives for more than 14 years. She has extensive experience in the Financial Services industry as well as experience in the Manufacturing and Chemicals industries and deep expertise in Data Strategy and Analytics as well as Market Strategy.
Prior to consulting, Ann Marie worked in the banking industry . She has a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley – Haas School of Business and an accounting degree from Fairfield University.
Jonathan Lippincott has extensive experience advising some of Galt's top clients in a variety of industries, including industrial products, healthcare, and consumer products. Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan consulted for some of the nation’s largest hospital systems, working to support business development and performance improvement initiatives.
Jonathan has an MBA from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.
Jacob has over eight years of experience working with client leadership on key strategic, organizational and operational changes required to drive superior shareholder returns.
Jacob has led engagements both domestically and internationally across various industries, including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, heavy equipment, and industrial goods.
Jacob has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Rashed has more than eight years of experience advising senior leadership teams on a variety of strategic issues both domestically and abroad. His project work has primarily been focused on driving shareholder value for consumer products and heavy equipment clients.
Rashed graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and Minor in Technology and Management.
Joel has advised Fortune 500 clients in the heavy equipment and distribution industries, and has a background in portfolio management. He has extensive experience in delivering the critical insights our clients require to make high-value strategic, organizational, and operational decisions.
Joel holds degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
